Summary
What Were Looking For: Experience in a rota planning or administrative role, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident IT user, especially with Microsoft Office and rota/clinical systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a wider team Working Pattern (24.5 hours per week): Monday: 08:30 18:30 Tuesday: 08:30 13:30 Wednesday: Off Thursday: 13:30 18:30 Friday: 13:30 18:30 You will also need to be flexible to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness when required.
