Summary


Are you an experienced pharmacist seeking an opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise? We are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity for the role ofHighly Specialist Pharmacist – Clinical Immunology

The successful candidate will become an integral member of the Immunology multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with colleagues to support and advance the service. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic clinical environment whilst enhancing your specialist knowledge and professional development.

The post holder will:

· Contribute to the provision of pharmaceutical expertise within the operational delivery for Clinical Immunology.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and national standards and that Clinical Immunology service are achieving their KPI targets
• Work with the Clinical Immunology multidisciplinary team and the wider pharmacy teams to optimise patient flow
• To develop, implement and maintain medicines protocols, and risk reduction initiatives within the speciality.

The post holder will deliver a high quality clinical pharmacy service to Clinical Immunology speciality. The role will include being the site lead for immunology services at Royal London Hospital. Also, the role has specialist cross site responsibilities for Clinical Immunology services across the Trust.

The post holder will be responsible for promoting a responsive, high quality, safe and cost effective Pharmacy service within the Clinical Immunology speciality in order to optimise clinical outcomes, minimise adverse reactions and improve medicines safety.
