Control Room Administrator

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and monitor SLA's and communications with operational teams
- Track and process service defaults within contractual timeframes
- Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and patterns
- Produce regular performance reports and statistics
- Support the merger of Radio Room and Customer Service Departments
- Maintain accurate records and update operational systems
- Liaise with internal teams, council representatives and external stakeholders
- Coordinate responses to service requests and complaints
- Monitor and report on KPIs and service levels
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
- Support system improvements and best practices implementation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in operational management systems
- Excellent geographical knowledge of London
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable:
- Previous experience in waste management operations
- Experience in customer service
- Understanding of local authority operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
