Summary

Alcedo Care are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor for our Wigan office to strengthen our team!

Applicants must have a level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as a full UK drivers’ licence with full access to a vehicle. You must have the flexibility to work out in the field and within our Wigan office (this will include weekends)


You will be responsible for:

• Supporting with care planning and care assessments
• Admin support to meet the needs of the business
• Paid On Call Duties – On a rota basis shared with other office members
• Undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field
• Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks
• Assisting with completing carers and clients’ weekly rotas helping with business development
• Deliver high quality care to our customers
• Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures
• Supervising care services
• Customer service reviews

What we require:

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social
• Is computer literate
• Must have availability to work weekdays and weekends (rota’d in advance)
• Hold a full UK driving licence with full access to a vehicle
