Summary

Rota Team Manager

Salary: £31,350-33,901 per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract: Permanent

Location: At Badger sites/ services across Birmingham and Solihull, and other sites as required by the role/ service development (in person)

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen at Badger Group which is a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Rota Team Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and maintenance of staff rotas across our services. This role is essential to ensuring safe, effective, and efficient workforce coverage that supports high-quality service delivery, including compliance with NHS or regulatory staffing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.
