Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Neapolitan Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join our team at - an exciting new pizzeria dedicated to authentic, fire pizza.
You will take pride in crafting true Neapolitan-style pizza using high-quality ingredients, traditional methods, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll be part of a close-knit team bringing the taste of Napoli to the heart of Altrincham.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Neapolitan dough using traditional techniques and ingredients
Stretch, top, and cook pizzas in a fire oven with consistency and skill
Ensure kitchen mise en place is well-organised and ready for service
Monitor ingredients and assist in ordering stock when needed
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Work efficiently during busy services and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Assist in general kitchen duties, cleaning, and daily closing procedures
Food hygiene training would be a plus or can be offered if you are new to the UK
