Summary
Wet Room Floor Fitter – Social Housing (Vinyl Sheet Installation)
Location: Accrington & Surrounding Areas, Lancashire
Rate: £18hr CIS
Temporary - 6 – 8 weeks
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wet Room Floor Fitter to join a leading social housing contractor, working on properties across Accrington and the surrounding areas of Lancashire.
This role involves the installation of vinyl sheet flooring in wet rooms within tenanted social housing, so excellent workmanship and customer service are essential.
Wet Room Floor Fitter Key Responsibilities:
• Fitting vinyl sheet flooring in wet rooms to a high standard
• Preparing subfloors and ensuring proper adhesion
• Working in occupied homes and communicating professionally with tenants
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety guidelines and relevant regulations
• Collaborating with other trades as needed to complete full bathroom refurbishments
Wet Room Floor Fitter Requirements:
• Proven experience in fitting wet room vinyl sheet flooring
• Skilled in cap and cove flooring techniques
• Full UK Driving Licence (van may be provided or mileage reimbursed)
• CSCS Card (preferred)
• Experience working in tenanted social housing properties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
