We are seeking a highly motivated Trauma and Orthopaedic Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is designed for an experienced professional with strong clinical leadership skills, who is ready to shape and coordinate the delivery of high-quality care across the orthopaedic and trauma pathways.Our hospital has its own unique identity in East London, and we serve one of UK’s most diverse populations.
The successful candidate will have key workingrelationships with consultants, nursing teams, allied health professionals, operational colleagues and other key stakeholders across the hospital to ensure patients receive timely, evidence-based care from admission through to discharge and rehabilitation. You will be central to optimising surgical scheduling, improving theatre efficiency, and reducing delays in the patient journey. As a key member of the team, you will also support the Virtual Fracture Clinic, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to clinical research, including managing data submissions.
