Position: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Exciting New Branch Launch | Reports to: Regional Operations Director

Are you ready to take the lead in something truly meaningful?

My Client is launching a brand-new domiciliary care branch and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Branch Manager to drive it forward. This is your chance to be at the heart of something special: shaping the future of home care services from the ground up, with the backing of a trusted care provider.

Your Role:
As our Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our services, ensuring clients receive exceptional, compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. From managing care plans and overseeing home care teams to building community relationships and growing the business — you’ll be in the driver’s seat.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a passionate care team in a supportive, empowering environment

Oversee daily operations: scheduling, client onboarding, and service coordination

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and quality assurance protocols

Build meaningful connections with clients, families, and local partners

Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and unlock growth opportunities

✅ What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership in a domiciliary care setting

NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Strong business acumen and a hunger to grow the service

In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations

A full UK driving licence

Why This Role?
Be part of a respected care organisation with family values at its heart

Lead a new service your way — with the support you need to succeed

Make a real difference in people’s lives every single day
