Digital Product ManagerHybrid (home/office based)Fixed term, temporary contract (12 months)Full time, 37.5 hours per week£40,094 - £47,758 per annumOccasional travel overnights and working out of hours may be required.We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team on a 12-month temporary contract, managing customer-facing digital platforms that generate over £20m in annual revenue. While certain roles may require specific skills, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.What you will be doingExecute product roadmaps - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver digital product strategies, implementing new features through cross-functional team leadershipOptimise user experiences - Leverage data analytics, user feedback, and industry benchmarks to drive improvements across all digital platforms using Agile methodologiesManage digital content and incidents - Oversee content creation and curation whilst acting as primary responder to platform incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal user impactLead cross-functional collaboration - Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party providers to deliver digital products aligned with business strategiesDrive continuous improvement - Work with project managers and development teams to assess and enhance working processes, incorporating feedback to optimise the product development lifecycleWhat skills and experience you needEssential:Proven experience managing high-value digital commerce platforms (£20m+ annual revenue)Strong track record in digital product lifecycle management from conception to post-launch analysisAbility to analyse user data, market trends, and competitor insights to drive platform improvementsExperience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadershipTechnical understanding of digital platforms with ability to communicate requirements to developersExpertise in UX/UI design principles and wireframingIncident management and problem-resolution experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including workshop facilitationStrong project management capabilities handling multiple concurrent deliverablesDesirable:Experience in travel, hospitality, or charity sector digital platformsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and PHPAgile/Scrum certificationsExperience with both in-house and third-party development teamsAnalytics and data visualisation skillsFor more information about the role and the skills and experience required, please refer to the job description.Who are YHA?YHA is a social enterprise with a mission to enrich the lives of all, especially young people.
