Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
Excellent pay rates - £13.00 per hour week days, £13.50 per hour weekends, plus £19.50 enhanced bank holiday rates
Types of hours available From 10 hours part time or Full-time/Guaranteed contract
Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
Mileage and travel time - paid separately
Training - fully paid award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as access to specialist training/ qualifications [eg. City & Guilds]

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Home help assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
Accompanying to appointments or shopping
Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
