Hyde is looking to recruit a Digital Campaigns Project Manager.

Hyde is a leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. With a strong focus on community impact, we work to create sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods while supporting our customers build better futures.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic New Homes Marketing Team, working in a fast-paced, commercially minded environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and engagement across our property portfolio. You’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable to changing priorities, and confident working at pace to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Scope and develop strategic plans for digital marketing activities
Plan, design, and deliver SEO/PPC, Google Search/Display, and other digital content
Execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads
Drive engagement and brand visibility across social media
Lead the vision for Hyde New Homes website and product microsites
Manage day-to-day website operations, ensuring availability and content accuracy
Optimise customer experience across digital platforms
Develop and maintain dashboards for all digital marketing channels
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of all digital activities
Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital campaign management
Strong experience in SEO via CMS – ideally WordPress
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign reporting
Working knowledge of tools such as Canva and Screaming Frog
Experience managing PPC campaigns and measuring digital performance
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable: Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Desirable: Experience working within the real estate sector
