Key Responsibilities:
Drive frontline sales performance across various housing products including Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and other home ownership options.
Achieve individual sales targets from both planned releases and available stock.
Manage and convert leads efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and optimal conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Services, Sales Progression, Marketing, After Sales) and external stakeholders (solicitors, mortgage advisors, managing agents).
Provide accurate and timely reservation details for internal approvals and ensure all sales packs and legal documentation are in place before launch.
Deliver engaging customer viewings and attend home shows to promote available properties.

Support the wider team with sales launches, events, and collaborative targets as part of the organisation's broader objectives.
What the client is looking for:
Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally across Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale.
Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
Confidence in managing the full sales process independently, including qualifying applicants, working with legal and financial professionals, and supporting site operations.
Excellent understanding of sales compliance, affordability criteria, and the end-to-end home-buying process.
Ability to read technical property plans and convey details clearly to potential buyers.
Professional and presentable approach, with a strong sense of personal integrity and team collaboration.
Flexibility to work across different sites in the region, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/sales systems.
A self-starter who can work remotely and represent the company with confidence and professionalism, including in branded attire if required.
