  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, release notes, and go-to-market materials.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and support product demonstrations.
  • Take increasing ownership of product activities, from requirement gathering to delivery tracking.
  • Apply data and feedback to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
  • Experience in customer-facing, analytical, or project-based roles.
  • Interest in healthcare, social care, or public sector technology.

Development & Progression This role includes a comprehensive onboarding and development plan, with training modules, workshops, and mentorship designed to support your growth into a fully autonomous Product Owner. Performance will be measured through KPIs related to knowledge acquisition, skill development, leadership, and innovation.

We will be holding an assessment day for this role on the 5th August in our Leeds office.
