About the Role:
TOOLBASE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing on-site activities, and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all repairs and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and assign workers to address identified issues.
•Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing safety and functionality of the site.
•Supervise all repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
•Respond immediately to emergency maintenance calls and coordinate swift resolutions.
•Monitor and manage costs related to equipment, materials, and maintenance operations.
•Report maintenance concerns to the employer and coordinate with maintenance teams for effective solutions.
•Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the building and surrounding garden areas.
•Prepare maintenance budgets, recruit and appoint staff, and negotiate supplier agreements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar maintenance management role.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of maintenance operations, budgeting, and supplier management.
