The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Services & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services including community imaging services, ensuring excellence in patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and continuous improvement in community healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of clinical services across our community-based programs including radiology services. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service efficiency. Provide leadership and support to clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development. Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical governance and safeguarding frameworks. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including NHS partners and community organizations.
