Main Duties:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work - straightforward plumbing repair, door repair, fitting locks and handles, basic electrical work, basic carpentry repair, repair of fixtures and fittings, painting and other general maintenance and repair work
- Supervising and directing maintenance subcontractor and issuing permits to work
- Direct liaison with the on site client
- Carrying out administration work
- Scheduling repair and maintenance work
Essential Applicant Requirements:
- Very good experience in planned and reactive building maintenance
- Supervisor or team leader experience
- Confident in using a computer
- Very good customer service and client liaison experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in scheduling and organising maintenance and repair work
- All applicants must live in London UK
£40,000 per annum, days Monday to Friday, superb employee benefits scheme, fantastic working environment, permanent position.
