Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide information on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to process enhancements.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
