Summary

Home Manager – Lead a Specialist Service Supporting Adults with Brain Injuries & Complex Needs
Up to £49,000 | 35 Hours per Week | Level 5 Health & Social Care | Rehabilitation Focus

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a specialist residential service that supports adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex needs, and those requiring ongoing rehabilitation. The service provides person-centred care in a safe, therapeutic, and empowering environment.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within adult social care
  • Strong understanding of care planning, safeguarding, and risk management
  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex needs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and rehabilitation-focused support

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the care home’s daily operations
  • Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high standards of person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment
  • Support residents with brain injuries, complex physical or cognitive needs, and rehabilitation goals
  • Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and reflective practice
