About the role
- Fast paced and challenging work
- Involvement in multiple projects
- Surveying, Project and Statutory Compliance works within public buildings and school settings
- Preparation of plans, technical drawings and schedules of work
- Health & Safety, and building compliance

- Contract, contractor and database management
About you
- You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
- You will be motivated and forward thinking, who can demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm
- You will be a team player
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, and be familiar with asset management databases.
- You will have a real attention for detail and be able to undertake detailed site surveys and produce accurate plans using AutoCAD.
