The role
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Project Manager to join our IT Business Services team here at Housing 21.
Within the role you will provide the business with a project management service focused on the delivery of various IT related services, products and technologies as required by Housing 21.
You will work with other team and stakeholders to review, schedule and deliver user stories, using recognised project management techniques within the frameworks outlined in the Housing 21 project management governance framework.
The role will be focused on delivering customer focused outcomes into our operational teams and must take accountability for the performance of delivery and when in service operations.
While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
• Evidence of efficient delivery of projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders and technical specialists
• Proven experience of business systems analysis and development
• Understanding of business practices and dependencies
• Substantial knowledge of project management documentation and lean methodologies
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Project management training and accreditation (Lean & AGILE)
