Site Supervisor - Telecoms Industry Based in Stafford | UK-wide Travel | Full-Time Join the P2ML Operations Team
Are you a hands-on leader with a head for heights and a passion for delivering quality work in the field? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.
What Will You Be Doing?
-Leading site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work both on the ground and at height.
-Carrying out installations, decommissioning, inspections, and maintenance on telecoms structures.
-Performing small civils tasks such as fencing and concrete repairs.
-Ensuring all work meets our high standards for Health & Safety and Quality.
-Mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise.
-Supporting office-based teams with technical input during project planning.
What Are We Looking For?
-Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience a bonus.
-Experience in working at height on towers and masts, as part of a team.
-Skilled in general construction works.
-Strong understanding of safety in the workplace.
-Strong communicator and team player.
-Ability to provide effective solutions to resolve issues on-site.
-Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.
-Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Willing to travel and stay away from home during the week.
-Full UK driving licence.
