Summary
Position involves all of the day to day running of a busy bar including daily cashing up and banking of weekly takings, ordering stock, accepting deliveries and restocking to ensuring the club is ready to open on time. The managing of nine staff which will include shift patterns, holidays and organizing cover for sickness and holidays. Own car essential. A mix of day and night shifts will be required as will weekend work. Experience in managerial and hospitality is essential.
