Summary
To be actively involved in providing a seven-day medicines management service to Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. To work on a rotational basis within a variety of settings, supported by the wider medicines management team. To be responsible for delivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to designated wards, providing specialist information and advice to all members of the multi-disciplinary team, to maximise patient pharmaceutical care. To participate in the dispensary and on call rota to ensure that medicines are supplied in an accurate and timely manner. To work flexibly in line with the hours of operation.
