Keeping case records and agreed data Referral to relevant agencies e.g., debt advice agencies Support to access agencies e.g., contacting, accompanying, liaising with key agencies Supporting and connecting with other community resources and reducing isolation (considering individuals strengths and interests) Referral onwards to other services e.g., IAPT, domestic violence, drugs and alcohol Carry out the role adhering to Second Steps policies, procedures, values, code of conduct and with a Recovery orientated approach.
