Summary

Brightwork is recruiting Temporary Field Workers to join a hard-working, friendly team supporting vital agricultural work in the Nairnshire/Highland area..

This seasonal role starts immediately and lasts approximately 5 weeks. You'll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential opportunities for overtime.

Earn £14.00 per hour, with weekly pay - that's around £560 per week based on standard hours!

Free transport to and from site is also provided in certain areas - ask us for more details!

Your Time at Work
As a Temporary Field Worker, you will:

- Manually weed vegetable crops to support healthy crop growth
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Follow instructions to ensure efficient and accurate work
- Maintain a consistent pace and positive attitude throughout the season

- Physically fit individuals who enjoy outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused workers
- Previous fieldwork or farm experience is helpful, but not essential - full guidance provided
