Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to lead on an exciting renewable energy project in Gainsborough? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company driving innovation in energy and sustainability across the public sector.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of construction works, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing health and safety, and managing site documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Enforce health and safety standards in line with CDM regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and manage workflow efficiently
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
Liaise with suppliers and senior management
Maintain accurate site documentation
Ensure a smooth and professional site operation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager in construction or the energy sector
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of CDM and health and safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
