Lead with Care in a Spacious, Welcoming Nursery with Excellent Benefits
Our client is a well-established and early years setting, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Located in a convenient area with excellent transport links, the nursery offers a large, modern environment and a beautiful outdoor garden and play area where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive.
The service is now looking for a confident, compassionate, and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join its team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a friendly and inclusive nursery that truly values its staff and supports ongoing development.

This role involves creating a warm and engaging environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
You’ll help guide daily routines, plan activities in line with the EYFS framework, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Build positive partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s development.
- Uphold strong safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
