Summary
The Rural Coordinator is the key contact point and controller for all matters related to the Trust’s rural property and land portfolio including tenant liaison, property management, licence and lease preparation, property inspections, QGIS mapping, day to day management of the property terrier database and management of compliance.
1. Tenant Liaison Be a point of contact for rural property tenants to communicate with the Trust with a dedicated generic email address and contact number
2. Property Management Prepare records of condition and floor plans for agricultural properties
Liaise with contractors re scheduled works
Obtain quotes for works as directed by Head of Rural Operations
3. Lease Preparation / Ending Prepare and manage annual grazing licenses and maintain files
Prepare records of condition
Day to day management of inputting information and data into the property terrier database
Management of the property terrier monthly diary and actions
4. Property Inspections Maintain schedule of agricultural properties and on occasion conduct an inspection
5. Compliance Be responsible for compliance schedules of agricultural properties and ensuring the property terrier is up to date and the monthly diary is actioned
