Summary
Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for an Area Administrator to join our South Hazardous Materials team. This is a hybrid role working 4 days per week in our Redhill office.
Salary of between £28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience.
More About the Role:
- Reviewing field staff weekly timesheets
- Accommodation bookings for staff required to stay away from home
- Travel bookings, such as train fares
- The hire and off hire of equipment
- Raising of third party Purchase Orders
- Receiving calls from field staff regarding items such as access
- Vehicle checks, handovers and booking MOTs
- Office facilities checks
- Maintaining programme trackers
- Booking training courses for staff
- Leading on the vetting staff process where contracts require
- Ordering of uniforms and consumables
- Supporting the scheduling of work into staff diaries
More About You:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Possesses good problem solving skills
- Possessing good IT skills are essential.
- Hands-on experience of using spreadsheets and third party data systems/portals would be desirable
