Role: Takeaway(pizza) Shop Manager – take-away food(pizza) shop manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. You need to look after complete business as Takeaway(pizza)/ take-away food(pizza) shop manager , need to oversee and manage the take-away pizz shop, ensuring optimal business performance, profitability, compliance with safety and health regulations, and high levels of customer and staff satisfaction.
2. Business & Store Manage: the day-to-day running of the take-away shop, ensuring smooth and efficiently. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of supplies. Maintain equipment, premises, and displays in a clean, safe, and customer-friendly condition. Supervise preparation and service to ensure it meets company standards.
3. Quality, Compliance & Health and Safety: As Take-away(pizza) Shop Manager, ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and compliance with environmental health regulations. Maintain records for inspections, audits, training, and hazard control. Conduct regular risk assessments and manage health and safety protocols on-site. Train and monitor staff in safe handling, cleanliness, and customer interaction. Quality of the service and Compliance & Health and Safety is our utmost priority
4. Staff Management: for our Take-away(pizza) Shop you need to Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff. Ensure all staff understand their roles and perform to company expectations. Motivate and support staff through effective leadership, delegation, and feedback. Handle staff performance, discipline, and appraisals professionally and in line with company policy.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business is the top most priority at our Take-away(pizza) Shop. Handle complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation. Monitor delivery performance and liaise with delivery platforms, customers and drivers. Implement promotions and customer engagement initiatives as part of local marketing.
6. Need to involvement in every single operation of the Take-away(pizza) Shop from making pizza, sides, preparing dough, preparing any other items to delivery
7. Prepare and cook pizzas to high standards, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely collaboration with kitchen staff.
8. Pack and deliver drinks accurately, verifying age for alcohol, and provide excellent service on delivery
9. Manage and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience managing a takeaway pizza shop or similar fast-paced outlet independently.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-paced service.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, hygiene, and business management principles.

Working Hours & Salary:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week. A competitive salary of £28,000 to £39,000 per year based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and additional benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
