The Role:
Are you an AV professional who’s excited to make a real difference for students?
Working as part of a Service Delivery team and reporting to the Deputy Service Delivery Manager, the Service Delivery Specialist (AV) will be required to provide all levels of IT support to customers via multiple methods (telephone, remote, or deskside). This will cover all the University’s IT systems and services as required.
The Service Delivery Specialist (AV) will participate and align with our ITIL processes, for example, Incident, Problem, Service and Change Management. There will also be an element of education and training in specific areas of software, where there is a customer demand. The Service Delivery Specialist will also support the activities and projects defined in the Digital Transformation Plan.
The Service Delivery Specialist (AV) will support the Service Delivery Manager in forming and executing the University AV vision through planning and the deployment of cutting-edge AV services and will actively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners while striving to keep the university at the forefront of innovation. This role includes assisting with our AV strategy, crafting standards, help with service management and AV implementation.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and experience working within a strong customer focused AV environment.
