Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide Personal Care: Assisting with tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
-Support residents in taking their Medication Administration
-Helping residents with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
-Monitoring Resident Wellbeing: Observing and reporting on residents' physical and mental health, taking vital signs, and contributing to care plan updates.
-Supervision and Mentorship: Guiding and supporting junior care staff, providing training and mentorship.
-Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
-Responding to emergencies and providing support to residents and other staff members.
-Promoting Wellbeing and Encouraging residents to participate in activities and maintain their independence.
-Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
-Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
