Summary
The Goudhurst Inn is located near Balfour Winery in the charming village of Goudhurst, The Goudhurst Inn offers four boutique suites, locally-sourced cuisine, and a spacious dining room. Our large outdoor terrace provides breathtaking views of the Weald of Kent. If you have a flair for hospitality, we'd love to have you join our team.

We're looking for our deputy managers to:
Help us keep the best people
Deputise for the General Manager and lead the business when they are not there
Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
Drive standards and knowledge to create guest exceptional guest experiences
Create sales opportunities whenever they can
Keep an eye on the pub's controllable costs
In this role we need someone with:
Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
Excellent food & drink knowledge
Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
Competence and organisation in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
Own transport is essential
