Summary
We are looking for two individuals to join our busy Housing Compliance team. You will be enthusiastic team players and will be resourceful and ready for a challenge.
You will assist the department&©s Compliance team by undertaking regular compliance inspections of our communal areas within blocks of flats and other council assets to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
You will also support the Tenancy Services team by providing manual labouring duties to ensure areas and buildings owned by the council are well maintained and kept free from rubbish, debris, graffiti and litter.
