We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director for a major project based in Central London.
This is a senior-level appointment, with responsibility for managing the full mechanical scope on a high-value scheme due to commence early next year. The successful candidate will work alongside an Electrical Lead and report directly into senior operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical delivery of a landmark construction project in Central London
- Collaborate closely with the Electrical Lead and wider delivery team
- Manage subcontractor performance, programme timelines, and technical reviews
- Contribute to design validation and early-stage planning
- Support project setup and ensure alignment with commercial and technical objectives
- Position has a strong likelihood of feeding into future projects across London
Salary and Package:
- £130,000 basic salary
- Executive-level package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and private healthcare
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale MEP packages (ideally £30m+ in value)
- Mechanical bias, with strong understanding of electrical coordination
- Background with Tier 1 contractors or major M&E subcontractors
- Skilled in managing complex programmes, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
