Summary
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Engineerg looking to take the next step in your career? About the Role
As part of a growing team, you will lead quality inspection, testing, and process control activities while managing a small team of quality staff. This full-time role (37 hours per week) offers the opportunity to influence quality standards, support manufacturing efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the essential attributes of a QA Engineer:
- Comprehensive experience in systematic data collection and analysis
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions
- Strong background in developing and writing Standard Operating Procedures
- Track record of leading process improvements and quality initiatives
