Introduction
Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced SPLD Study Skills Tutor to join our team at University of Exeter. This is a part-time role offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students.
Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:- Developing and delivering individualized learning plans for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism.
* Guiding students in effective study strategies and techniques.
* Collaborating effectively with college staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.
* Utilizing online teaching technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Designing tailored learning plans.
* Providing one-on-one and group tutoring.
* Monitoring student progress and adapting plans as needed.
* Utilizing online learning platforms and resources.
Experience
What requirements are we looking for?- Proven experience working with students with SPLDs and Autism.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
