Summary

Role: Forklift Driver
Location: Torrington
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Salary: DOE

Acorn by Synergie are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Torrington. If you're safety-conscious, have a valid forklift license, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely around the site
• Ensure all loads are secured and handled safely in compliance with company procedures
• Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on forklift equipment
• Assist with general warehouse or yard duties as required, including manual handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification - Counterbalance
• Driving licence required due to location
• Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
