Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking to inspire young minds in a supportive and forward-thinking school? Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Preston to recruit an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
Your new role
This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to a vibrant Year 3 class, supporting pupils' academic and personal development in line with the national curriculum.
What you'll need to succeed
We're seeking a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
- Is committed to inclusive education and raising attainment for all pupils.
- Brings energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
