Due to expansion, a permanent position for an Insurance Contracts Administrator has arisen. This role is fully remote going into London for team meetings once a quarter.


Your new role

Your new role working as an Insurance Contracts Administrator means you play a key role in supporting the Security & Counterparty team by managing administrative tasks related to contract assessments and agency onboarding. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate business records, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and contributing to various team projects. Duties will include assisting in the review and processing of contracts and agency applications, maintaining and updating business records to ensure data integrity and compliance, produce and monitor performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness and lead assigned projects and actively contribute to team-wide initiatives. Further duties will also include delivering accurate and timely management information to senior stakeholders, support the completion of agency and intermediary onboarding documentation and questionnaires, extract and analyse data from internal systems to monitor security and counterparty risk as well as stay current with relevant regulatory and legal developments affecting the role.


What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role working within the insurance industry will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have strong written and oral communication skills, logical approach to problem-solving, self-motivated and able to work independently and active listening skills. As well as this, you will have analytical and problem-solving abilities, good planning, organization, and time management skills, ability to prioritise effectively, ability to articulate complex concepts simply. In order to excel in this role, you will have relevant qualifications in law or paralegal studies, training in company policies, processes, and procedures, up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legal developments, compliance with all applicable legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations and completion of relevant regulatory training.
