Summary
FLT Driver / Yard Operative

We’re working with a well-respected client based in Stoke-on-Trent who is looking for an FLT professional to join their friendly yard team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with great day-time hours and the chance to build a long-term career.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating a forklift truck to safely move stock around the yard
Loading and unloading vans and deliveries
Making occasional local deliveries in the company vehicle
Assisting customers who come into the yard in a polite and helpful manner
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Supporting the team with general yard duties as required
What we’re looking for:
Valid FLT licence and confident operating a forklift
Full UK driving licence (essential for deliveries)
A friendly and helpful attitude – you’ll be speaking with customers regularly
Happy working outdoors in a physically active role
Team player who takes pride in a job well done
