- Managing staff rotas and scheduling care visits
- Writing and updating care plans
- Carrying out assessments and service reviews

Who we're looking for:
- Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator in domiciliary care
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- A confident communicator who's proactive and ready to grow
