Key Responsibilities:
Leading, supporting, and inspiring a team of nursing staff
Overseeing induction and ongoing clinical supervision
Planning and coordinating care tailored to individual needs
Ensuring compliance with NMC, CQC/CI, and internal standards
Creating a positive and proactive care environment
Key Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A valid NMC PIN
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a nursing home
Strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care
The right to work in the UK
