Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education? Our client, a well-established and nurturing nursery setting, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- A warm, caring, and proactive approach to childcare.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver outstanding childcare following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver fun and stimulating activities tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, secure, and engaging environment where every child can flourish.
- Monitor, assess, and support each child's development through observations and planning.
