Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education? Our client, a well-established and nurturing nursery setting, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team.

The nursery features bright, age-specific rooms and a large, secure garden — providing the ideal environment for children to learn, explore, and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
  • A warm, caring, and proactive approach to childcare.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding childcare following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver fun and stimulating activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Create a safe, secure, and engaging environment where every child can flourish.
  • Monitor, assess, and support each child's development through observations and planning.
