Summary
A Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this busy family in Hampstead, London, to help them look after their adorable toddler and two school-aged children while maintaining the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone calm, patient, and energetic who can manage the housekeeping tasks related to the children. The family are looking for a confident driver and comfortable helping with homework. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license is required, and a car can be provided.
A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, additional Saturday morning or ideally full day, approximately 60 hours per week plus one night of babysitting per week
Accommodation: Private bedroom and own bathroom
Duties include:
Assisting with the children’s bath time routine and dressing them
Feeding the children and cleaning up after meals
Arranging and supervising playdates
Preparing and facilitating age-appropriate activities
Playing and engaging with the children to foster development
Helping older children with homework and school-related tasks
Ensuring the children are always happy, safe, and well-cared-for
Changing nappies and assisting the little one with potty or toilet training
Teaching essential life skills, including basic hygiene and good manners
Managing household tasks to maintain a clean and organised home
Cooking meals for the family
Ensuring the toilet and bathroom remain clean and sanitary
Handling grocery shopping and other errands
Organising cupboards and regularly changing bedsheets
The family seeks someone who can start by the end of August or by September 2025.
