Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Science team for a part-time Lecturer in Forensic Science. This role is perfectly suited for an enthusiastic and flexible person.

We are looking for a passionate person to join our forward-thinking team, teaching on our Forensic and Criminal Investigation with Applied Psychology, and general Science BTEC courses ranging from Level 2 to Level 3.


The successful candidate will join a dynamic, strong team within a large department where everyone is expected to maintain their current high levels of performance.


The successful candidate could be teaching across the following subjects: Forensic Investigation Procedures in Practice, Forensic Photography, Forensic Genetics, Environmental Forensics and Forensic Fire Investigation.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work alongside personal tutoring including target setting.


The post is part-time 2-days per week at our Watford and Hemel Hempstead campuses. The closing date for applications is Sunday 13th July 2025.
