We’re looking for a collaborative and data-focused professional to support the development and analysis of management information across the HR department and the wider University. Reporting to the Head of HR Systems and working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be a trusted specialist for people data – turning complex staff information into meaningful insights that inform and support strategic decisions across the University.

You’ll play an important role in promoting data integrity, shaping how we visualise and use workforce information, and ensuring we meet key statutory reporting requirements. Your ability to combine technical skills with thoughtful, solutions-focused thinking will help us deliver on our People Strategy and contribute to a thriving, inclusive workforce.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience extracting and manipulating data from complex systems using tools like Power BI, Business Objects, or similar
- The ability to work confidently with large datasets and present clear, accessible insights
- A collaborative, flexible approach with the ability to balance priorities effectively
- Desirable skills include statutory data return experience, database scripting (e.g. T-SQL), and familiarity with HR Management Information Systems.

- A dynamic working model – blending campus-based and remote work
- 30 days of bookable annual leave, plus 13 bank holidays and university closure days
- Excellent training and professional development opportunities
- Family-friendly policies and wellbeing support
- Everyday discounts and perks
- Access to an on-site gym and pool with discounted membership
