Summary

We are looking for a Ground Maintenance Worker to be a part of our team, based from our office in Warrington.
About the Role
Joining our team, you’ll carry out a variety of technical service tasks within a social housing setting.
About You
Candidates will have previous experience as a qualified grounds maintenance operative and must be competent in safe use of pesticides, PA01 and PA06 certification. Their experience will ideally be within the facilities management industry and will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You’ll hold a Blue Skilled Worker LISS/CSCS.
We’re looking for those who are customer focused with experience of working for both occupied and void properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality maintenance on time, first time.
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
