Summary
Provide compassionate care that meets individual patient needs, particularly in high-pressure and emergency scenarios. Deliver clear and empathetic communication to patients and families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. Act at all times in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Trust and safeguards the well being and dignity of patients and their relatives Act always in accordance with the HCPC/NMC Code of Conduct and Guidance documents and maintain active status on HCPC/NMC Register. Take every reasonable opportunity to sustain and improve knowledge. Identify objectives within a PDP that support the delivery of high standards of clinical care. Support junior staff, nursing students, and ODP trainees, fostering an environment of learning and professional development. Comply with all policies, guidelines, and protocols, including those related to infection control, health and safety, and safeguarding. Report and document incidents promptly and accurately in line with clinical governance standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through continuous professional development (CPD) activities and training. Attend regular in-service training to remain competent in trauma, airway, and vascular Specialties.
